Best. Idea. Ever.

I loved typing of the dead, this will be awesome if it really is what it sounds like

I can't stand the music games anymore - but this is just brilliant. Completely different, and awesome.

I always wanted to play TotDead but never got a chance back in the day. I still have my Dreamcast and I just picked up a keyboard for the DC. 10 years and I still haven't played this...my backlog needs some attention.

"Considering the HD consoles are no strangers to guitar controllers..."
When I first read that line, I read it as no strangers to love. Curse you Rick Astley!

Just checked out the IGN video of this I found on youtube - seems an awesome combination of genres. NPH and FD just make it even better. A short segment of Veronica Belmont midway through and it'd be amazing.

Ever since it was previewed last year in NP I've thought of the publisher and realized there is no way this can turn out good. It doesn't matter how cool the premise sounds.

The PS3 and xbox360 have USB keyboard support. Though i doubt they want to advertise this fact for they make plenty of money with their overpriced controller attachments...

So they could just have typing of the dead just ported.

Yeah but very few games allow for Keyboard support outside from typing. My brother tried playing CoD4 on a PS3 with keyboard and mouse and neither of the two worked.

** Doo dee doo. Checkin' my feeds. Checkin' my feeds**

Both GameFly and Amazon have added PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Epicenter's Rock of the Dead to their databases.

**Huh?**

For the uninitiated, Rock of the Dead is essentially a clone of Typing of the Dead, with guitars instead of keyboards.

**Oh**

You'll have to strum your way through a zombie horde, in an adventure that promises the same "cheesy/campy" humor found in Sega's original arcade game.

**Meh**

Considering the HD consoles are no strangers to guitar controllers, it makes sense that publisher UFO Interactive would want to target every viable platform.

**Oi. Yech**

With Dr. Horrible's Neil Patrick Harris and Felicia Day taking starring roles, Rock of the Dead's sheer nerd power definitely has our interest piqued.

**Wait, Whaaaaaaa?! NOW I'm interested.**

Cool, now I can play it. Though, had this not required the guitar prephial I'd buy it for the Wii.

I'm gonna get it just for Felicia Day. I also love NPH, but it's Felicia that I'm really excited for.
