i want to see what else they are doing to update this game. i hope that they revamp certain gameplay elements- because as much as i loved the earthworm jim games- there were parts that made me want to throw my controller through the TV. bad collision on the sprites led to unnecessary deaths, the space race with psycrow was always obnoxious and that goddamn bathysphere level... holy crap, did that raise the ol' blood pressure when i first played these games in jr. high.

i still love the idea of an HD Earthworm Jim remake, though. i want some screenshots!

It did, but they didn't have the IP ownership to actually create anything off of it. The original designer still retains ownership of the TJ&E IP and says he is actually talking with SEGA/someone else in regards to the franchise. So basically they jumped the gun and threw it up on the poll without securing ownership.

Wow.. same thing with Sega All-Star Racing too right? iunno why they wouldn't want to rebirth the franchise.. TJ&E was amazing, it's a shame 3 flopped

Yeah, i saw the "multiplyaer". Not trying to be a douche, but honestly, who cares? I don't understand why people feel the need to keep bringing up minor grammatical errors up all the time. People make mistakes.

It's a site and it has an editor. A good majority of the terms and phrases used here would break in a spell checker anyways, so it wouldn't really be all that easy to automatically check every post unless you constantly add new words to the spell check dictionary.

My guess is that the editor is more concerned with the information presented and the tone of the post. That way it doesn't imply more than it should, and it doesn't reveal or spoil anything.

But really, we're all human. We all make mistakes.

I didn't notice it, but on the topic of why point it out, I think it's like an itch where you just have to scratch it. I'm sure the OP understands that people make mistakes. In the same way that we're all human and make mistakes, we're all human and will point out mistakes, differences, and moles. After all, how would we know about mistakes if they were never pointed out. That's all that happened. There wasn't any hate or disrepect towards the site, so that's a plus.

That would be cool, I'd like to see something like that. Splosion Man's co-op was quite well-designed IMO.

This is a monumentally bad idea. I was locked in a cage in Japan for four years with nothing but Earthworm Jim, Super NES and a packet of Pocky. I can beat the game without being hit in twenty-three minutes. compadres will only slow me down.
