Crave announces bowling for Natal

We're sorry if the above headline is misleading, but we feel we should inform you of two things. One, Crave has not announced a game show entitled "Bowling for Natal," so don't expect to see everyday schlubs competing for a Natal on daytime TV anytime soon. Two, what Crave has announced, according to Multiplayer, is a bowling game that will support Microsoft's Project Natal.

More specifically, it's actually a Natal-ified version of Brunswick Pro Bowling, the PlayStation Move bowling title revealed earlier this year. While it was essentially inevitable that Natal would receive some kind of bowling game, we can't help but wonder how strange it will be to pretend to bowl without something to hold on to. If only there was some peripheral, something tangible we could use to enhance the experience.

you can hold a real bowling ball and natal can scan it. don't settle for breaking your tv with some cheap plastic crap, throw a bowling ball at it like a MAN.

Apparently people buy these bowling games because the developers keep pumping them out.

As an aside, while I was never a great bowler in RL, my biggest accomplishment was getting the big four split. I know. you're jealous....

HD 1080p visuals / 60 fps and DLC,all the best bowling in the world,online play,clans,customize everything [i.e..bowling shoes / shirts etc] can ya feel it!!

You Could scan in said car, although you could also Scan a Toy Car :P

technically you can have natal scan a basketball to assign it as a bowling ball just like the demo vid when a kid uses his skateboard and shouted "SCAN"

Ugh, here comes the shovelware. I certainly hope Natal has some better tricks up its sleeve, MS needs to start bringing out their big guns at E3.

If I pull a gun, will Natal scan it and give me a Walter character?

I'll just go bowling with that $150. Give me something better to make the price seem worthwhile, please.

@winterfang - You're kidding right? Niko Belic would give you a brand new pair of cement shoes and dump you in a river if he heard you hating on Bowling.

Honestly, get some girls to come with you bowling and then come back here and tell us bowling is for losers. Maybe after you play a few rounds with some hot chicks bending over and rolling balls, you'll think a bit differently.
