Going to hit up my local Blockbuster and see if they have Alan Wake or RDR in stock. Otherwise probably going to be more Bad Company 2.

Same. And when I need a break from Galaxy I'll be leveling up my character in Borderlands. I also just got Dr. Ned's Zombie Island and Moxie's Underdome, so I'll be checking those out.

Hopefully finishing up my Insanity playthrough of Mass Effect 2. After that, not sure - maybe give Mass Effect 1 another playthrough to pick up some of the achievements that I missed previously.

Dawn of War II (just picked up the gold version on the STEAM sale), and likely some more BF:BC2. Depending on who else in on, possibly some Halo 3 to tide me over until Reach (I miss the Beta). Other than that, I'm not sure.....my teens are out of the house until at least Sunday, so maybe I'll try to get my wife into Wii Sports Resort.

1LB Top Sirloin Steak, marinated in a little warm water with some onion slices in it, then sprinkled with garlic salt, a bit of normal table salt, pepper, roasted garlic, rosemary, and a touch of basely. Cooked over wood or charcoal and eaten with no sauce. Taste great too me :P

And I'm giving Vanguard: SoH a shot this weekend, along with EVE and maybe fire up Two Worlds again. Lots of going back places for me. I just Vanguard was the "One that got away".

Red Dead Redemption, but kinda getting frustrated at my frequent disconnects and trouble finding full games. Good thing the games single player is also well made.

Lost Planet 2, While at first the controls were kind of an issue, and there are some weird gameplay choices, one of the funnest games I've played co-op in a long time.

And...

I just recently got a new to me PSP 1000 and a 50$ PSN card.. so I picked up BlazBlue and Armored Core Last Raven. Really digging BlazBlue, Armored Core, kinda... meh... the game would be fun with two analogs :(

that's fair, while i cashed in on getting double credit for my trade ins on this, i feel i got my money's worth when it comes down to it.

i do enjoy the death match and the faction matches, reminds me in some ways of metal gear online meets monster hunter meets sci fi.

and you can also lump me into that group of people that enjoy online achievements, as i play a lot of games solely online :S

gonna try to push through Split Second......the latter parts of the game are frustratingly crazy.....get some progress done on ModNation, maybe play a little Forza 3, try out the Lab playlist and the extra XP weekend on Uncharted 2, and start RDR, all the while working after getting promoted at my job :)

Red Dead Redemption!

I've got to say that I'm surprised this game is so good. I only bought it because my friends said the multiplayer was fun, which it is, but I was expecting the story to be predictable Rockstar rubbage. Glad to say that I can't put the single player down! It feels like I've finally found a Rockstar character I like and can relate to in some way or another.

Otherwise, I'll try to put in some NIER playtime. Looks really doubtful until I finish RDR, though.

2 days away from the beginning of exams and 12 days away from their end, so I won't be gaming for a while unfortunately. Once they finish though and I recover from the almighty hangover that will ensue once the final exam finishes and the celebrations occur, then I'll be full steam in Super Mario Galaxy 2!

Have you played SMG2 yet? Is the difficulty as easy as the original SMG? The only thing keeping me from getting it right now is that I figure I'll be able to do beat it without dying more than a handful of times.

Yes it is a bit more difficult than the first game, and IMO a much better game overall.
I was not a huge fan of the 1st game, but I am absolutely loving SMG2.
It is one of the most creative games I have ever played, and offers some decent challenges.
Buy it! You will not be disappointed

Well I can't speak for how hard it may get later, I've only finished the first world. But so far it seems like it'll definitely be more challenging. In the beginning there is a lot less hand holding. and you start using the new game mechanics right away.

Before you do that, take it to a cd store so they can buff out the scratches. They usually charge around $2-4 so its worth a shot before you pony up $20 for a replacement.

Define "cd store"
I've never heard of anyone in my city offering such a service. Besides, the PC version has better controls

CD store: Establishment that that buys, trades and sells used cds, dvds and video games.

We have one at both locations that i work and they are definatily a much better solution than to buy another game. Though it depends on how deep the scratches are.

You probably won't find one at a gamestop so look for a mom and pop kinda store and you'll most likely come across one that does it.
