This Wednesday: Soar like an eagle in Snoopy Flying Ace on XBLA

Grab your bomber jackets, folks. On June 2, Snoopy: Flying Ace soars to the Xbox Live Arcade for 800

($10), and if you recall from our previous hands-on experience with the game, it's something we're looking forward to. In Snoopy: Flying Ace, players can take on the role of the famous Peanuts crew or use their own Avatar to pilot fully customizable aircraft.

The part we're most excited about? Outmaneuvering the competition online with graceful tricks reminiscent of the original Xbox gem Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge. We look forward to shooting you out of the sky.

This has a large amount of potential.

I used to have the Snoopy and the Red Baron record.

I am all kinds of excited for this. All kinds. Ecstatic, eager, foaming at the mouth. You name a type of excited, and that's me.

I would love this to come to the PSN. Snoopy is one of my all time favorite characters. I'd snap it up ASAP.

I had a chance to play this during SXSW this past March. At the public Xbox party thrown by Major Nelson. I have to say, it is a blast. Crimson Skies is a very great comparison with Snoopy characters

They should've done a major release, then. :O

Snoopy's Silly Sports Spectacular for the NES was apparently fun enough 20 years ago that I rented it multiple times.

The previous title was on the PS2 and was AWESOME.

It was also on PC and PSP. I would love for this to come to PC, even if it bundles with GfWL (I'm willing to make that choice).

I had not known this was even being made before reading this post. I love Snoopy. And while the game looks great, that alone is reason enough for me to get this game. I can't wait for Wednesday! I'm so happy!

so tempted, and got 800 free ms points from tesco when i bought bad company 2, its for any chart game though if theres any uk people about, will definetely try the demo at least

No sarcasm this is the game that might make me get a 360.

They really, really, REALLY ought to release Snoopy & The Red Baron for Atari 2600 on Game Room at the same time as this.
