Throwback is OK, not worth $10 IMO. $5 maybe.

Its allright, not worth 10bux at all, i downloaded the trial on Xbox, heres a video to give you allittle more info/Gameplay:

its got online, the classic mode, and a modern remake mode,
In my opinon, just wait untill the price drops.

Not to mention that there is no Tecmo Bowl demo like there was on the 360 unless it comes out later. I ain't spendin' no dough...*stops the Ray Parker Lewis "Ghostbuster" song in his head*....on this game.

Planet Minigolf is a fun little game, I definitely recommend it.

It is pretty good so far. Only complaints - Can't use the right analogue stick for putting, and can't fully customize your character (all you can change are clothes).

Where's Final Fantasy IX? All those rumors of it being released in Europe got my hopes up...

It's not a rumor. It was released last week.

Then the US is just being punished for some reason. Are we going to be responsible for the true Zombie apocalypse or something?

It's nice that Europe gets it first, at least it's obviously been done, we just have to wait patiently for our turn I guess. We still haven't gotten BoF or Tales of Eternia on PSP though. Though we've gotten some titles here that have never been released there. It's silly if it's obviously been translated into English that at least the UK doesn't get it. Ugh...money makes everything so redundant.

I was hoping for a Backbreaker demo, too. I'm curious about this game and was hoping since it's a new breed and wants to compete with Madden, then it would get it out in the open. Maybe a demo will be coming but if not, I don't get why 360 would get a demo and not PS3.

Gee, and here I was under the impression that NaturalMotion/505 Games were behind Backbreaker and Final Fantasy IX was done with help from Square/Square Enix and Square EA (joint venture with Square and EA).

So you're telling me I should blame Sony every time some third party company decides not to release one of their games when I expect it?

FFIX is ready to be put on the store, its in every other region but NA

Backbreaker demo was submitted to Sony before LAST week's update, and 2 weeks now it hasn't shown up.

So yes, its appropriate to blame Sony(of America)

I was VERY disappointed not only to find out that the Backbreaker demo didn't come with today's update, but also found out, this morning, that Backbreaker will only be rentable at Blockbuster through their in-store ordering which doesn't let me use my movie trade ins to get the discounted rental price. I don't want to pay the full rental cost nor do I want to buy this game without trying it first. I may let Blockbuster order it for me. Eff it.

No time for anything else than Lost Planet 2 right now. The most criminally underrated game (by reviews) of the year, imo.

But I will definitely buy Soldner-X 2 down the line. Enjoyed the first one.

Strictly multiplayer online. And yes, while I love the game I wouldn't recommend it to anyone without internet access, AI teammates are not good for anything but giving you energy shots.

why the hell isnt there a backbreaker demo for us? Thats some dumb shit imo, seeing as how there may be many potential ps3 owners looking to buy bb, but wont because they want to experience a little gameplay first.

Really? Still no FFIX? Someone upstairs must have forgotten to stop staring at the sun. Nitrous Oxide's a pleasant surprise though.

According to the developers, they gave the demo to SCEA last week before the tuesday update and were pretty pissed off that it wasn't up LAST week.

So it not coming out THIS week is even more ridiculous

If you're talking about the lack of a PSP Comics update in this post, the PS Blog reported the update today: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2010/06/02/digital-comics-store-update/.

I payed $40 for Split/Second and I remember some people were not happy knowing they could've payed also only spent $40.00 on it had they waited a few more days.

Today I feel their pain. My girlfriend just bought LittleBigPlanet PSP for $40 yesterday. I had no idea the price was gonna drop to $19.99 today. Oh well, I guess it's a good thing we'll see more of these PSP price drops in the coming months.

I would be getting some RB DLC, but my 40GB PS3 got the yellow light of death a few days ago. I won't be able to get it fixed until at least September. I'm really missing it right now lol.

Tecmo Bowl Throwback would be worth $10 if the online was not broken. It is laggy (sometimes unplayable) but worse, there is no punishment for dropping out of games.

Maybe cause it sold enough to be considered a greatest hits? and it's not cheaper than retail, retail should have an updated price, amazon does anyway ($16 for Resistance: Retribution)

This is a really good price for LittleBigPlanet. Now, when will Sony drop the price for Locoroco1 ($22.99) and Patapon1 ($15.99)?
