Dark Awake: fantasy fighting on PSN

Mobile publisher Recom is reviving Chaos Breaker, an arcade fighting game published by Taito in 2004, as a downloadable PS3 game. Dark Awake: The King Has No Name, as this version will be called, is a fantasy-themed 2D fighter starring knights, ogres, dwarves, and other such Golden Axe-alikes.

In addition to an arcade mode, Dark Awake features online play, along with leaderboards, voice chat, and Trophies. It'll be released in Japan this summer for ¥2,000 ($21.80). No plans have been announced for a release outside of Japan, but we're always up for a new fighting game, especially with online play. Check out a (blurry) video of the arcade version after the break.
