Modders might even put the dots in the right place.. 3rd & 5th are buttons, so they don't matter..
On the pictures, it dots 7, 9, 11, 13, 15.. the video has 6, , 8, 10, 12, 14, 16... I think this shows how Neversoft aren't musicians.. correct numbering is (3, 5..) 7, 9, 12(x2), 15, 17, 19, 21, 24(x2)..
Also need smaller guitar bodies, no guitar has it going that far up the neck

How about you start talking about things that matter? Like a setlist, gameplay, DLC, compatibility with older games' content. You know, stuff that's actually related to why people play music games?
Every year HMX releases trailers of in-game footage, including songs being played and features being shown...and all Activision does is shoot of random "ARE YOU READY!?" style trailers that brag up storylines and "OMG GUITAR HERO!"

It's sad really to see all the hate. I think it's a sweet controller. Personally the Les Paul IMO is still the best controller for the rhythm games, and this looks like it could usurp it. Even if you want to hate on the GH series, this guitar can still be used in Rock Band afterall, so I say, ROCK ON.

All I can see in the future is battered boxes of unsold guitar "wings" cluttering the clearance racks of Target just like the GH Les Paul faceplates did for damn near forever. You remember, they were right there next to the 360 faceplates.
I freely admit that a fake guitar's look matters more to me than it has any right to. I bought a fake Beatles guitar for looks alone. But these designs don't grab me. I'm much fonder of the classic stylings of the RB instruments based on real guitars. But then I'm also an old fart.

This annoys me to see all the RB fanboys on here just to hate on the periphs. When GH series was doing everything right, they found a reason to hate (OMG the GH people are getting their music at a better deal, on a disk, how dare those game playing importers pay 1.08-1.39 a song instead of the 1.83-1.99 we have to pay to download every single one of our songs. Oh, and shit my harddrive is full and now I can't download anymore, damn I wish I could just put in the disk to keep playing songs I like without having to shell out all the money on a new harddrive or just stop downloading songs.)
Meanwhile, the GH people just sit back, take the beating and know we are having more fun with our x11 band multipliers, band moments, party play and rockfests.
