We're days away from the industry's biggest event, making today the perfect time to launch Joystiq's (3rd Annual) E3 Bingo Extravaganza! This year, each card is developed to consider the entire event and not only the conferences.

Originally, our plan was to utilize a series of super-computers specially designed to accurately predict the events of E3 2010; however, the "Joystiq Probability Index" (or JPI-3000) only delivered results as a string of "dingbat" characters. Development of an ultra-computer (JPI-4d3d3d3) to decipher the codes is expected to be complete in the year 2014. Stay Tuned.

For day two in our three-part series, we take a look at Sony's E3 2010 offerings. Click on each of the squares above for more information (and the completely accurate but indecipherable rating). Sony's E3 press conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 15, at 12:00 pm PT (that's 3:00 pm Joystiq Time / ET). As always, Joystiq will be on hand to liveblog all the details.

I agree, I don't care about the details so much. I do want a release date though. Even a "spring 2011" will make me happy.

Well yeah, anyone who's played Ico and/or SotC will be buying The Last Guardian no matter what, but you can't blame Sony if they want this game to be a bigger commercial success than those ones were.

This seems like the perfect kind of game to play completely sight un-seen. Sadly, my curiosity will defeat me I'm sure.

Looks like fun, but I'm surprised the Bingo board doesn't include "subscription-based PSN premium service". Sony's been hinting at that one forever.

I think this whole card will come true with the exception of Sly Cooper 4. Also, Jaffe's reveal will be Twisted Metal, right?

Jaffe always seems like he wants to explore his big ideas, but is given a short leash and an army of people who think of him nothing more than 'The guy that makes Twisted Metal'.

Seems to frustrate him.

Well, he says it's not Twisted Metal. But I think it's a bluff, it just has to be...

Well, Jaffe recently not only denied that he was working on a new TM, he was also adamant that his company (Eat, Sleep, Play) had not been invited by Sony to reveal their current project at E3 so they weren't going to be there. So unless all that was a smokescreen to keep the announcement a surprise that space seems doubtful to come true as well.

There is, however, some pretty convincing proof out there that they are working on TM, or were at least doing so at one point. So I'm holding out hope, however faint, that they'll be there with an announcement.

Son, the PS2 does not retire! Its run screaming, shooting wildly and it doesn't stop until it can't even move anymore, but even then, in its mind its still screaming and shooting, until its mind stops.

It goes super nova, not over easy!

UGH! i can bet at least half of the bingo slots will fail, Joystiq is almost never right on these things, but then again, i doubt they really think most of those predictions will happen....

Will happen: B3 is obvious, it is high time for B5, I2 because Sony's going big on the DD thing as well, I3 and I4 are no-brainers, there seem to be hints towards N1, N2 is obvious, Sony will want to brag about G1 like MS will want to about Insomniac, G3 they're very much focused on, G5 is obvious, as is O1, O2 is more likely than not, O4 seems like a solid initiative, and i'll also go for O5, as Agent is going to be one of those games that hangs around for a while.

Won't happen: PSP2 will be mentioned, and possibly demoed to counter 3DS, so no B1, B2 isn't going to happen, Infamous 2 stops B4, I1 may be true but won't be mentioned in keynote, I5 seems rather pointless, i'm going to go with no on N4 as the demand for ICO's works has been significantly lower than other franchises, i'm not feeling N5, G2 is more for SOE, i think Jaffe already said no on G4, and it seems a little late for O3

so, no bingo.

All of these make sense but the only thing that doesn't it the Bungie game revela. Activision for some reason always pushes titles on 360 & being that it's bungie, they'll want to stay loyal to the 360 in some way. From another point of view, why wait to announce a title when they can do it a day earlier.

But the space just says "Bungie Name Drop", it doesn't say anything about a game being announced first at the Sony presser. Bungie's project could easily get mentioned at both.

Must say not much on that board interests me at all.

That's the whole point we're making here. With a party system, they don't have to be. 99.9% of the time I log onto the 360 the majority of the people I end up playing a game with weren't playing that game when I logged on. I don't know why you would use that as a defense when it's exactly the kind of thing we've been saying is one of the advantages of a party system.

No need to go on about platform exclusives, when we party up we're typically playing L4D2 or Gears 1, and recently the Halo Reach Beta and soon to be a whole lot of Crackdown 2. That's why I said the party system was a part of this being the most fun I've ever had gaming, because good games certainly help too. Game taste is completely different from one person to another, which is why there was no sense in me going into it.

I really hope they bring ps2 games to psn, I have been waiting for that.

I kind of hope they unveil the PSP2 because it would probably be pretty awesome, but at the same time I hope they don't so I won't be tempted to buy one.

I've been wanting Sony to retire the PS2 for years now. Hopefully this is it. Then maybe we will finally see a FW update for PS2 emulation, or at least PS2 games on PSN.

Besides that, not hoping for much, I'm sure Sony's gonna have a strong show. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a surprise announcement or two, though... Kingdom Hearts 3, anyone? A new Syphon Filter would be nice, too (and probably more likely than a KH3 announcement anytime soon...).

I wonder if they will be able to/bother compressing PS2 games off the store (assuming they do that). Be nice if they could get them as small as possible for ease of download and so I don't need to keep deleting them.
