I Personally Dont care much for Final Fantasy Anymore; At first it was good, Now it just feels Repetitive; especially since they have brought up 13 games, and have another 20 planned (you know it's going to happen) While Mass Effect is still in its Prime.

or should I put it in language you will understand

need to see how long this one is, never bought the last one since it was 2 short imo to warrant a a7 dollar buy.

While it was short, it was a good mission and Kasumi is a cool addition to the squad. It depends what you want out if it. I can justify spending the money for a game I love. I was happy to spend a bit for a short, but quality DLC. I love Mass Effect and will probably be downloading everything they put out for it so I can squeeze as much goodness I can out of the experience.

Obviously not. Cerberus got you a free Hammerhead, which is required for some of the Overlord missions, which means Cerberus Network Free DLC was NOT a waste this time. :)

yea, sure, they made cerberus and VIP seem worth more than it actually was, but for 50 dollars you still got 4 playthroughs.

You shouldn't be pissed because you didn't get your moneys worth, because im sure everyone did, but yes, i am pissed that cerberus and the VIP thing weren't what they were made out to be.

I'm obviously not going to use the vip or cerberus thing as a incentive to buy a game again, but either way, i buy my games new, so again, theres no change for me for what i get from my initial purchase.

If you had to pay for it on top of buying it new then I could understand your complaint but since it came free with new copies of the game it sounds like you're just whining for the sake of whining.

It was not Cut out of the game they were planned from the start to be released in this way, if they were cut from the game why is there a lack of dialogue from zaeed and Kasumi and for the record I though Cerberus was a great idea

Viper really does make some excellent points, but he was a little off on his last one. Ya see, if I purchased a jar of your piss and THEN you sent me crap for free... well I'd be one happy guy. I wouldn't complain even if the crap was crappy, because it was free crap!

I dnot know about that one. I bought Batman: AA off steam on sale for 20 bucks awhile back. However it came with another game. Batman: AA on it's own at the time was 2 dollars more. So at the time I think "sweet i get a free game and get to keep two dollars." Well the other game was the PC port of the first Just Cause. Given the time in which took to install and play 30 seconds of that filth (pc version is so bad...) I wish i paid two extra dollars just so it was not attached to my steam account.

Aside from Zaeed, I didn't really like the Cerberus network. But it's true, they could have packaged in Zaeed with the game. Hammerhead in particular was so bad. I say to myself "at least it was free," but it was a huge waste of time.

I loved this game so much, but honestly comparing the DLC offered by this and Fallout 3 for example, I can say I didn't get my money's worth at all. Kasumi was a single mission and an ally I didn't even like very much. I'm definitely going to wait to see what people have to say about this DLC before, or even if I pick it up.

Except it was advertised as a key feature and priced at over $15 separately. Maybe you're used to being nickel and dimed 160MS points for a new weapon, but in the sensible-DLC-land-of-PC-gaming, a single one hour mission + a character + a new weapon & armor + driving in a tank for a bit does not justify $15.

Hate to bring up Valve again as a Paragon of Good DLC, but well, Valve could fart out a better update using a couple of bored programmers in their afterhours. For free, too.

I wonder if they'll finally release Patch 1.02 to the PC with Overlord? The 360 version got it 2 or 3 weeks ago. I've been waiting for that patch to come to PC, but no word yet. :(

We already know ME3 is a thing that is happening, so a big announcement wouldnt be much more than a bunch of hullabaloo. But if they announced a Mass Effect 2: Awakening (hur hur) sorta deal, that'd be awesome to tide us over

Maybe they'll announce that rumored Liara side story DLC?

That'd be pretty interesting to play as Liara as she's looking for the Shadow Broker.

Might be worth picking up. $7 isn't too bad. If I get at least an hour out of it I would be happy.

I think for a game like Mass Effect 2 where I have a playthrough of 30 hours for $60, $7 doesn't cut it for a single hour's worth. That was my problem with Kasumi, I didn't realize it would be so damn short.

I try to compare game prices to movies. 1 1/2 - 2 hour movie = $7.50. So to have an hour of actual interaction with a game seems a deal to me. I do too much comparison.

I like doing the movie comparison on a full game rather than a DLC.

It's $10-$12 for a ticket where I am, so for a 2 hour movie, it's $5 an hour. If the game lasts at least 10 hours or is spectacular and shorter (like God of War III), I consider picking it up.
