Or how a barbarian can survive an ICBM.

Those scenarios make for some really hilarious stories though.

@finnith I remember I'd enable fast production in Civilization 3 and had obtained nukes in 1500AD. I'd always make that my benchmark, get nukes by 1500AD and use them on the enemy civilization's archers and galleons!

Not got anything to do with the article, but there's a bug i think.

Not that it matters to me though, i'm just pleased that apparently I'm the Doctor. And the reply box is my TARDIS

I swear the only way to conquer most cities is to bring stacks that parallel my armies in Total War games.

Maybe the archers are like Rambo and just strap c-4 on the end of the arrows?

They'll be even more devestating this time around, because now they appear to be able to fire arrows across thousands of miles

In response to the new site...

I'll miss the signature blue with the animated Mario, but my gosh is this new design FANTASTIC! What a great way to start my morning. And look here, we still have our good ol' upvote-downvote system. Thanks Joystiq.

@Doctor Doom Even tough I don't like strategy games either. But I loved Civ IV. Probably because it's round based ( more relaxed ), and I played with 3 friends.

Between Civ V and Elemental War of Magic, my fall 2010 semester is looking very.. unproductive. Should probably start looking at spring 2011 to retake these courses...

Don't worry, if they make a movie adaptation of it, they'll be sure to call it Ci5ilization which is even more awesome
