Carnival is such an awesome map. I'm happy I picked this up on 360. The atmosphere or an old carnival is a little creepy, its fun to run and shoot from rollercoaster tracks, and you even get tricked or freaked out by some clown decorations hiding in the shadows.

The trailer park map sucks though

Exactly. I love how Activision wants to milk customers for just importing maps from COD4. Sad thing is people buy it.

Seriously? Are people going say his argument every time a new map pack comes out? If you are an avid COD fan I think this will be well worth your money. I rather pay $15 for new maps than pay $10 for whatever scam BC2 is trying to sell.

You could always spend $10 for no new maps instead.

yes, Grey, people are going to bitch every time. Because they know they have a gold mine and they're taking advantage of it severely. Look at the Killzone map packs. It's what, like 3 bucks for 2 maps? Maybe 4 or 5 bucks individually? Look at that Blacklight game... 12 maps for $10... Oh yeah, and the entire game. $15 for a few maps is incredible rape. Paying for maps is something relatively new in the first place. Since consoles need a unified delivery system, someone has to pay for the server usage in order to store and retrieve the maps. And yes, we should throw the devs some cash too. But to PC owners, this is even more BS. Counter-Strike has a zillion free maps (admittedly not a lot are professional quality, still more than MW2), and they are all free. No just user made maps, but the officially added professional maps. All free. I don't mind paying $5 for a few maps, but $15 is absurd.

Having said that I'm a sucker and will eventually buy them. I'll just wait until they go on sale.

Another 15 dollar map pack? Thank god my friends and I pool together for it and we expend the 5 allowed downloads for one paid thing on the PSN. Definitely looking forward to playing Strike and Vacant, the latter being my favorite COD 4 map.

Yes, I bunch of guys and I at work did this and it came out to $4 a piece since we all pay for the card, anything leftover is used for a theme.

I really wish they were cheaper. I would pay only for COD:4 maps because it takes me back to the best FPS this generation. Oh and by the way screw you microsoft for being a pussy and making PS3 owners to wait a month later! Ion't have nothing to do with your console wars! I just wanna play some damn games!

Well I still don't like spending 15€ on 5 Maps. Even if it were 10€, I wouldn't care. Maps should be free on every platform.

I see what you mean. But still.. you have to admit. It is costly for 3 new maps and 2 copy pasta'd maps. I could spend the money no problem, but I would rather save the 15$.

Not everyone who plays MW2 has played COD4. Also this map pack is far and beyond better than the stimulas pack.

It may be a little high for 2 rehashes, but I play COD a lot. I want to inject some new life into the game. $15 is not that expensive. The new maps are really fun, and it's nice to have some old favorites back.

I could put on my tinfoil hat and decide that there's no way $15 is necessary for the work that went into the map, but Carnival and Fuel are so awesome that I don't care. It's worth it to me, and I'm not a sucker because I have the money to buy something that I'm going to put hours and hours into.

So maybe it should have been $10. Activision and Microsoft want to make money. Shocker.

GameShare for the win!

£10.99 is clearly over the top for 3 maps.
We dont want COD4 maps ffs, if we do, we play MW1!!!

5 new maps, I'd pay £10 for. But not 3. I got 4 on WAW for £6.99!

$30 all total for 6 new maps is...not cheap.

This sucks again.. I love COD, but they punish me for buying for PC by CHARGING $10 EXTRA, for NO apparent reason, and then make us PAY for DLC that is traditionally free. Forced to use AlterIW

Kinda curious if they gonna charge $15 for two MW maps, two MW2, and one mw3 map when it comes out?

Just speculation of course since I have no intent on buying the next one, actually I need to stop being lazy and trade MW2 in to get something I'll play.
