Update: EA has revealed a few more details about Vietnam, which will be a multiplayer-only expansion, featuring four new maps. Additionally, the add-on will include "enhanced" persistence, as well as new weapons, vehicles, unlocks, awards and Achievements/Trophies. Pricing will be announced at a later date.
