Looking forward to any information on this, especially if it is on the floor. I'm a pretty big fan of the Riders series, especially if they improve the gameplay even more with Kinetic.

It's nice to see a Sonic game, especially as a release title for new technology, but the Kinect is really failing to impress me. Sure, it's got some neat gimmicks, and who wouldn't want to put a tiger named skittles behind the ears, but it all just looks so...been there done that. I felt like I was watching the Nintendo press conference from two years ago.

Curse you Sonic!
For some reason I feel like picking up Zero Gravity again right now, and I think I will

Just got back, and it was funner than I remebered. It is also really good looking for a PS2 game.

By the way, how do you unlock the second wheel robot?

Am I going senile, or did they not announce a price for Kinect? That was the one thing I really wanted to know about it going into this keynote, and I don't remember hearing anything about it

@BananaBoat
No price makes me worry if they're not very proud of the price.

I have a feeling that we're going to have a re-do of the whole "five hundred and ninety nine US dollars" fiasco from the PS3 unveiling.

Anything more than a single Benjamin and I'm out.

Engadget is reporting that Kinect is 149 dollars.

I think they've just priced Grandma out of the market. Grandma isn't going to buy a 360 and then a 150 dollar peripheral for it, and then some games. It's just not going to happen.

Soo...ummm....what was that Turn-10 game? Honestly, that was the only Kinect 'game' that caught me eye :/

Gosh, more and more every minute I'm getting increasingly angry at Microsoft for all that time wasted on Kinect. I mean, where were the surprise announcements!

Next stop. EA and Ubisoft. Is Joystiq live-blogging that?

Seems like there are going to be lots of racing and fitness games coming on Kinect. No price on Kinect doesn't look good either.

What are you guys bitching about, these are launch games (I didn't really care for any of the 360's launch games myself), the potential is still there (the star wars game looks like a good use), more games will be announced over the next six months (now that MS has given it an official name).
Now I originally guessed $100 USD for this but I'm now starting to think that rumor of $150 USD was right after all. That said I still plan to get this if for no other reason then I can say "Xbox 'whatever' ", though it would be cool to be able to name your Xbox (I'd use Cabal).

I'm looking forward to seeing how Jet the Hawk makes Sonic Free Riders' gimmick logical. "You might be the fastest thing on the ground, Sonic, but when there's a guy waving his arms around in front of a camera, I'M UNSTOPPABLE."

100$ for a game which has no peripherals? I was planning to get that game but can now safely cross that of my list or wait till it drops to 40-50$ . 100$ for software is insane.

Gravity or Wind powered?
I miss my boosting and airbrakes, and greatly prefer them over the Grav-Grab and Dash
