One week ago:

Joystiq's Andrew Yoon: Are you any good at rapping?

Me: What? No.

Andrew: Good, I just scheduled an appointment for you to try Def Jam Rapstar at E3.

One week later, having vigorously studied Biz Markie's "Just a Friend," I can present you with the video after the break. Big thanks must go to Def Jam Enterprises' James Waller for rapping along with me and enduring my glaring whiteness.

Looks good I'd buy it just for that song. The US singstar store is wack as hell. It's about time we get a rapstar game.

You hear Biz Markie and Just a Friend so much on commercials how could folks not know the lyrics to it.

The man has a Toy Commander avatar.

i see no point in this game. Singstar, Rapstar..seriously. end this karoake genre! lol

It's good with a group of people and friends. I can see people not really having to much fun doing this single player. I mean you can just simply listen to your own cds and sing along with them without coughing up 60 bucks when your by yourself.

But if you look to have friends or family over and want to do any singing or just have a fun time looking like a fool its fun.
