They show the PS3 standing up vertical there... I was just looking at my PS3 manual and it says to always keep it horizontal... ??

It's just for aesthetic appeal. Would an average consumer even know it was for the PS3 at first glance if it was horizontal?

You can stand it vertical, but without a stand it is more prone to be tipped over is all.

I'm actually extremely excited for this, I think this will factore more into downloadable titles than full retail titles for quick, fun gaming. Which I am totally fine with. Also, it'll be a lot easier to play with the family.

I think there are more games on here that I would play more than once as opposed to Kinect....even tho I REALLY do like Dance Central for Kinect more than I do Singstar Dance for Move....

that Singstar Dance thing (along with Singstar Guitar) is a frikkin' dilution of the Singstar franchise, I mean, it's called SINGstar, not DANCEstar. AND it looks absolutely ridiculous compared to Dance Central, even in comparison to Just Dance!.
I can still remember once seeing a demonstration of the successor to the Eyetoy (now the PSEye) where they were saying that it could, all on its own, no peripherals, measure X-Y and Z! I seriously don't see why Sony hasn't pushed this more when they introduced the PSEye, I mean, come on, how many games made use of it, PROPER USE. Singstar lets you take a picture and can film you, Burnout snaps a picture, there was the card game and then my mind draws a blank.

It is kind of frustrating that it is unclear if you need to purchase 2 MOVE controllers.
Say I am super excited to play Dead Space Extraction... and I only have 1 MOVE controller.... then I am screwed.
Do you guys think each game will have different requirements? (sub controller, 1 MOVE controller, 2 MOVE controllers, etc...)

W/ The Fight you are required to use 2 Move controllers. W/ Sports Champion, I know that Table Tennis, Bocce, and Disc Golf needs 1 controller and Gladiator, Archery, and Beach Volleyball may need 2 controllers. Hopefully Sony will clarify that. Sorcery, Heavy Rain, Socom 4, Killzone 3 and Dead Space Extraction will require 1 Move controller and the Navigation controller or the DS3/Sixaxis (for movement).
Hope I helped.

@(Unverified) just stick to getting two move controllers. Don't buy the sub unless you find yourself needing it since you can just use a dualshock instead.

Everything on the sports champions that I have seen has an option for one move controller. For instance, the archery game lets you just point and shoot with one controller, and the gladiator game lets you switch to controlling the shield by pressing a button. The experience is probably better with two, but I'll try it out with one first before I buy the second.
I say the same with the NavC - try holding the dualshock with just your left hand first before buying one. It fits my left hand just fine, but I don't know if it's true for everyone.
I'm not sure about the fight game, it's always been demoed with two, but maybe they came up with something like sports champions.

Ummmm...in some of these trailers, the people are holding two light colorful bulb controllers (e.g. the bow and arrow in Sports Champions.)
What does this mean?? 100$?

How the hell did you figure that‽
A move controller is $50 and 4 x 50 = 200...
Go back to school.

What makes you think Sony is going to announce a new slim in larger hdds and wireless N?
They still put wireless b chips in their PSP and that is a wireless device! I hope you are right but I would like to see them come in colors to match their colored controllers.

Yeah, I know that the 1st party games will be $40. I think Time Crisis will be $40 also. That's a good deal for those games. What I mean by fixing the $99 starter bundle is: I think some of those games in the Sports Champion game requires 2 controllers (Archery, Gladiator, and Volleyball). Now if you can play ALL those mini games w/ 1 controller than great deal but if not than Sony needs to include 2 Move controllers. To me that's a rip off. They should at least give you what you need to play by yourself. I think if you are required to use 2 Move controllers they should give 2 controllers in the bundle or buy bundle than get another controller free or half off or something.
I mean Nintendo gives Remote and Nunchuck for Wii Sports. Come on Sony, I'm an potential buyer for Move. Don't rip me off.
By the way, I think Sony will announcement new Slims @ Gamescon with Wifi N compatiable and 250GB to 500GB models now.

Why aren't Socom and KZ3 on this list. And YES! Can't wait for this, E3 was awesome this year.

@BLunted The casual games wont last long but there's no reason the Move can live a long and healthy life with games like Killzone 3, Socom 4, Sorcery, LittleBigPlanet 2 and Time Crisis. All it is is a more accurate controller compared to the DualShock 3. Hopefully they can both live alongside each other.

If we didn't have the Wii as an example, more people would think that they would tank. The Wii is probably the reason that they felt comfortable only showing casual stuff for the Kinect.
On the other hand, Move needs to differentiate itself from the Wii, so I have more hope for it from a classical gaming perspective. Especially based on the games shown, such as those Anima listed.

i sort of agree about the 3rd party titles like KZ3 and Socom benefitting from the move controller from an innovation perspective, but i think the major issue will be multiplayer balancing.
If one control method(i.e. standard controller vs motion) appears to be better than the other, i think it will sour the general opinion of the game in question.
I can only speak for myself, but I do not plan on buying move, however, I am interested in KZ3. If the move controller proves to be advantageous over the standard controller, then i will then end up passing as KZ3 all together as all I am concerned about is multiplayer. It may end up hurting the sales of competitive games like KZ3 and socom if this is the case.
@LockeDaemon - Using the Wii as a comparison was kind of why I was thinking it would tank. I just assume anyone who is into the motion controller thing already has a Wii and would view these new controllers as redundant.

Yeah well I agree. Im buying em in Dec-Jan so Ill give time to Sony and retailers to give some nice Sales and bundles.
as for the new wifi N ps3's , I dont see why would they. Media streaming, tho a great feature, is not what people looking to buy a ps3 are more into, even aware of, now more that the focus is on more casual players upgrading from Wii.
And lets admit it, Wii only does games.

I think Move will fail with the core gamers. The colored balls are just too tacky and goofy. Even casual gamers will have problems picking up the controllers.

Ima core gamer and I'm getting Move because of Sony's support for the core audience. I could care less of how the controllers look. I mean Socom 4 looks cool w/ it and Killzone 3 will most likely be great with it too.
To each their own though.

I agree with the unverified user above me (whoever you are! :P). I like what they've shown for the more classical gamer, and I will get a bundle probably the day it comes out.
I actually think the look of the controller is more of a deterrent for casual gamers, but then I like to think that the more serious gamers would be more concerned with the gaming experience rather than the aesthetics of the controller. I hope I'm not being too optimistic though...
