You certainly speak for me!

I was a *huge* fan of Jack games in the mid-1990s, and there's a Cookie-shaped hole in my heart where the new editions should be. How much fun would this be over Xbox Live?!

My secret dream would be the ability to play it over Skype or gChat with friends and family who may not have a gaming system.

Okay I gotta ask, and I hope I don't get downvoted for this since it has nothing to do with anything, but ... why is the text on the Joystiq homepage so tiny?? It's fine once I click on the story itself, but on the homepage, I can barely read any of it. If this was talked about in another thread, I apologize, but I don't have time to check them all for a possible answer! If anyone knows and can explain, I'd really appreciate it. Muchos gracias.

Your not the only one. Looks like someone made a booboo on one of the posts and changed something.

@The Pork It's the same size that Engadget relaunched with. You think they'd have learned their lesson... They had to go back to a bigger font for Engadget...

Aww, you're so polite! Nice to see. :)

I seem to recall someone asking about it in another thread, and the conclusion was not to use Internet Explorer. I think Firefox and Chrome default to sort of normalizing font size, and IE doesn't. You can probably get it to, but it's a hassle. So, while the font is mixed up, get a different browser, fall in love with it, and never use Internet Explorer again!

No seriously, never use Internet Explorer, it's not very secure. They claimed to have made it better in version 8, but when it comes to security, I'd rather not take chances.

Locke ... I know IE gets a lotta hate, it's still the most used browser around the world, so I find it strange when a website doesn't support it the same as something like Firefox or Chrome (the latter of which may be fast with load times but I've had plenty of issues with!).

I appreciate the replies though, all of you! Guess I'll send in a complaint to the folks at Joystiq and see if that helps.

I'm having the same issue. And I'm also betting that this reply doesn't get posted right. FutureStiq is not looking bright at all.

Probably won't happen, but if they could adapt the Buzz! controllers (or whatever similar Xbox quiz style controllers), YDKJ would hands down beat any other quiz type game out there if released on PSN or XBL. Guaranteed!

It's the Scene It? Big Buttons. All they would have to do is add support. Should work pretty well. I would love this game on XBL.

Little known fact.. the PS2 Buzz controllers use a standard USB port, so if you have a free app like XPadder on your PC they actually already work great with the old Jack games. (I've played a few rounds with them)

If it's a re-release, they should do The Ride. Defiantly the best out of all the games. Any work they are doing is probably to replace outdated questions and possibly redo the celebrity guest spots.

Really, I still have the original YDKJ #1 and I think I have #2. Gonna have to dust those off and play sometime

I love the series but for me it breaks down like this:
$15-20 PSN game = Instant buy
$60 retail = I'll stick with Buzz

I wont say "Hell Yea" until they bring back Acrophobia (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8UVyXoWUfo for those not in the know)

Many fond memories of creating acros. YDKJ is fun and all, but still plays second fiddle to Acrophobia.
