I am ashamed to admit I spent almost an entire summer playing Civ 3. I was able to hold down a job, but that is about it. Spent many late nights muttering "one more turn" or "just got to finish this wonder".

Civ rounds wouldn't last so long if combat were more streamlined. I really hope the new game delivers in this respect. I don't want to spend hours building an army, and then an hour moving that army, just so that my tanks can get taken out by catapults.
Oh you better believe this game will ruin my life though. Not as much as Diablo III will but...I think I may have a beard by the end of this.

This video is WAY better than that Civ V trailer with the talking heads. Now I'm actually wanting to play the game...Too many erections!
