He's clearly scoping out Superman's buns of steel.

Are these digital comics cool? I feel like it's a service that no one talks about at all.

@Jerk Face

I enjoy the ones I was able to get my hands on (in Canada we don't get the comic store, so i made a US account on MediaGo which lets me pick them up).

Some of the comics even have sound effects, and little page FX (screen shakes during KABOOMS/explosions). It's great for when I'm on the bus and don't really feel like diving into a game.

I like the service. Not only are the prices decent, but there's a pretty wide selection, and the reader application is great. Its AutoFlow function is intuitive while also letting you pan/zoom around on your own (and that zoom is remarkable; you can go from way out to way in really fast and get no pixelation effects). And, not only does the reader support audio packed in with a comic file (e.g., a commentary track), but it can also play music files from the Memory Stick while you read. Pretty slick, overall.

Thank god! I'd love to see the more recent Batman and Detective Comics on there. Don't really want to have to order them from then net.

I do want to read that God of War and Resistance comic. I've been debating on doing a comic to show the highlights of the game I'm working on.
Which if you're interested, you can see it at www.corsia.webs.com.

Where is the magazine store on the PSN? I can never find it when I want to look for comics. Someone please help! Can it be viewed using the PS3 as well as the PSP?

This service should be brought to Denmark as well. I'd really appreciate a comic store. Or their video store. Or any of the other services they haven't brought here yet.

It's cool that DC is getting into digital comics now, since I pretty much only read DC stuff, but I still prefer print. But it's great for people that like digital comics.

I prefer prints just because its easier to handle and go with me anywhere. Also, this takes away from the whole getting comics signed at a convention. Hopefully the digital price is much cheaper than the prints that it will justify buying a print version for collections.

@(Unverified)

Well, fans could buy ONE paper comic to get signed at a convention, if they really want a signed copy. It's not like people need every issue of an artists run signed, right? Maybe for short limited series....

So is this going to actually be available to anyone who lives outside North America and Europe or are we still not rocking this international thing?

Seriously though, it's pathetic that this region crap is STILL going on. I WANT to give you my money for comics Sony, but you won't let me, just because of where I live.

So I don't want to hear any complaints about piracy.
