20 year old mystery solved. This practically proves little Larry Sellers is a Harmonix employee, and that he did, in fact, steal the Creedence tapes.

I might actually have to pick this up and play Rock Band for the first time in months!

I have a lot of reasons for hating nickelback, lets see: all their songs sound the same and they all suck. Old men trying to look 19 makes me feel uncomfortable. The voice, god the voice. Their latest song about drinking and doing it again makes me want to punch someone in the mouth.

@Petebot330 I'm willing to bet that they sold quite well (I bought one of them). Same with the Miley Cyrus stuff. Not what I want from Rock Band DLC (I much prefer things like this CCR pack) but there are people out there that like those acts or you wouldn't be hearing them as much as you do.

John Fogerty is hands down one of my favorite songwriters. He's up there with the like of Brian Wilson and Rivers Cuomo, in my book.

I wish you guys could see me, I'm sitting here celebrating, I'm already drinking and it's half past noon.

The only thing that could make this day better is Monkey Island 2 seeing an early release by accident.

I sure hope "Grapevine" isn't edited for length in any way (like they did with The Who's "Who Are You"). That original recording is an epic 11 min. long.

As much as I love CCR's take on the song, that's a long time to be sitting there doing a jam number on plastic instruments.

@Hellion4242 That's not the point, Hellion. Yes, we KNOW playing real instruments is FAR cooler than playing on plastic ones. It's a game about having fun with friends. For people who love that song will have a great time playing it...no matter how long it is. THAT'S WHY THEY'RE PLAYING IT!

This has nothing to do with real instruments being "cooler" to play. I'm fully aware that playing plastic instruments is fun. I play Rock Band 2 more than any other game. But the entire point of a jam song is to jam, eg, play around, improvise. If you try to improvise in RB, you get clack plink plonk screech. The vast majority of Grapevine is the same 4 bars repeated ad nauseum. Without room to noodle or play what you feel, it just becomes an extended recital. If that's your idea of fun, more power to you. But for my 11 minutes, I could be playing 2-3 other songs (or 4-5 CCR songs) that actually change things up.

Finally some good music, and not that pop crap!

I do miss "Have You Ever Seen The Rain".. but it might just already be out, I'm not sure. There is so much stuff on the RB store it's insane, easy to miss something

"IIIII WANNA KNOOOW....." how the hell they didn't put "HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE RAIN" in this song pack? now, if only PRINCE would stop being so damn upitty and self-rightious, and let his music be used as well, I would be extremely happy.

i think the assumption is that you dont know the rest of the tracks, not you dislike them. This is based on the science that its impossible to dislike CCR.

@Clydeftones Allow me to explain. I know some of those songs by name, I don't know all of them by name. I know that I like Fortunate Son in particular. I'm sure that if any of these CCR songs were on the game disc I would enjoy playing them just as I have in the past with other CCR songs on GH or RB discs. But despite all of that, I just would not pay extra for them as DLC.
