Wow! as a new member of the playstation 3 nation, looks like i am going to have to catch up by playing infamous. I definitely want to be ready when Infamous 2 is released. looks great, Sucker Punch!

I am SO definitely opposed to the Cole rework, but with the gameplay ratcheted up like this I may be able to forget I'm playing as an Abercrombie&Fitch clubhopping frathouse tool (in between cutscnes, anyway!)...

Looks amazing. I can't get over the graphical upgrade. For a moment with the helicopter I thought I was watching uncharted 3 game play. Infamous 2 is an insta-purchase ... My only wish is that it would come out this Christmas.
Just promise me on thing Sucker Punch: after Infamous 2 you'll make a new Sly Cooper for PS3. I can't imagine they wouldn't especially when the Sly Cooper HD versions release. Everyone will be clamoring for it.

I think Sucker Punch said it had to do with schedules and availability above just about everything else. The actor for the first one could do voices from New York and leave it at that. This time they wanted full performance capture (voice alongside mo-cap) and the first guy couldn't do it, so they had to go with someone closer to them.
Hearing that made me more or less forgive them for the need to change actors, as that kinda stuff happens all the time. It's better than killing a character off TV shows or movies do when schedules are tough to work with.

I have a story.
I sold my Xbox 360 recently and was planning to buy the slim. I didn't have enough. So, bored of the Xbox, I bought a refurbished Playstation 3. Afterwords, I bought LBP. Having fun, I rented a game that I have heard so much about but never played, InFamous. Loved the game, I was enticed to buy it, but I didn't since I beat it. 3 days later, got my Game Informer, with this on the cover. I wet myself remembering I made the right choice.
