Assassin's Creed 2 Ezio figure sneaks into view

Looking to intimidate all of the other figurines on your toy shelf? You may want to check out Hot Toys' 1/6th scale recreation of Assassin's Creed 2 protagonist, Ezio Audisomethingorother -- which comes complete with a set of interchangeable hands, knives, swords and even a ponytail.

There's no word on price right now, but the figure is planned to launch in Q3. Considering its 30 points of articulation, 30cm height, real metal weapons and complex uniform -- not to mention the going rate on some of Hot Toys' other figures -- you'll probably want to start saving your Florins right now.

Hot Toys and for that matter, Sideshow are amazing.. I collect a lot of their stuff. Well, as much as I can allow myself to buy! It adds up, but it's well worth it...

Check out some of Hot Toy's other stuff. Moving eyes, realistic skin with no joints... it's really quite jaw dropping. Especially their 300's King Leonidas.

I dunno, I would easily mistake the close up of his face as an actual photograph on first look. It's not until I really look at the hair that the fakeness peeks through.

I might not be a fan of Assassin's Creed (plotwise), but Ubisoft has crafted one stylish character. I'd love to have that figure.
