According to Slide to Play, Aurora Feint has announced plans to bring its OpenFeint platform to Android devices. The platform made its name by creating an online social hub for iPhone gamers, allowing them to send instant messages, find other players and even find games (though it will soon face competition from Apple's own Game Center). The service will begin supporting Android later this summer, with Hudson Entertainment, Glu Mobile and Digital Chocolate all planning to support the launch.
Furthermore, Aurora Feint has announced that it has received a new capital investment from The9, a firm known primarily for operating several MMO products in China.

Woo! Android needs a lot more game developers. The number of games on the market is pretty small.

So ... get an iPhone or an iPod Touch. You're obviously video game players, you should know how this works by now. If you want to play specific games, you have to buy the specific platform they're on.
People aren't complaining that their PlayStations don't have Mario, or their Xboxes don't have Ratchet & Clank, or their Nintendos don't have Fable.
What's better really doesn't matter, because you obviously prefer the games on the *in your opinion* inferior platform.

Well..as an iPhone owner I'm rather waiting for Game Center to replace OpenFeint, Plus+ etc etc.

Makes a lot of sense. They port their program to other platforms before Apple throw them off the iTunes store for providing a feature that would compete with one of Apple's.

@Juelz345 Hopefully. Apple has a history of declining apps from the app store just because they "duplicate features" of iOS itself. How Fring's new video chat update got approved (and Opera, while I'm at it), I have no idea.
