They are no longer doing phone orders for it, regardless of your reason.
BUT if you need the PS3 version, go on their website, click 'Add to Wish List', then you can click 'Add to Cart' from there and purchase for $23! Or for $13 if you use the $10 off coupon code I used that they gave me over the phone because they couldn't let me purchase it. Mwaahahah, crafty!

Honestly if your game isn't selling well, try lowering the price to something really low, it seems you might just end-up making more money than holding out for player to pay a steep $60.
Ofcourse Red Dead being as popular as it is, this isn't a good example, but many more sales would be made for a $24 crappy game than a $60 dollar crappy game.

I hope it worked. Went to ebgames.com and added it when it was listed as 23.99. However once it got to the final confrimation screen, it was showing 59.99. Just got an email confirmation and it shows 59.99 :(
