@MGTrey
I googled asking for 'top men', but I don't think the type of guys that replied seemed interested in editing images.

There's always that one day where you have a brain fart and do a reply-all e-mail without realizing it. Though I have yet to do one that embarrasses my employers...yet.

I hope no one gets fired for this. It's a simple enough mistake to make, and in this economic climate it's unlikely the employee would manage to get another job.

@Hyams That guy must feel really crappy now. And scared stiff for his job.

It's a big blunder, but I don't think its big enough to get fired over. We are in the gaming community so we are aware of the issue, but there are many people who aren't aware and don't care. Its a large, but rather isolated issue if you ask me.

Of course, I don't know anything about the ESRB workplace and regulations so maybe the employee is gone.

Well these guys have already complained at least once.
I think their name should be published.

It's not a simple mistake. It's horrifically reckless.

@Hyams In this economic climate, the ESRB probably got the cheapest hire they could regardless of qualifications.

the ESRB statement places fault for the issue on "one of our employees". They then published the employee's name, home address, home and cell phone numbers, and the name of the daycare he takes his kid to.
