A select few are able to partake in Hulu Plus on the PS3 right now, thanks to an introductory preview program, and we thought we'd capture some footage, just for you, the dedicated gamer and television viewer. Beyond the break, you'll find a lengthy video walkthrough documenting all of the features found in this impressive content delivery platform -- however, if you feel the sheer awesomeness of high-speed HD video may be a bit too much for your puny little eyes to handle, enjoy the stills in our gallery below. The future is now, people!

It would be awesome if they made this Remote Play compatible with my PSP Go.
Barely anything supports that feature nowadays :(

So the ads are only at the beginning, right? Not during the program?

I hope one day we get closer to the a la carte cable programming that so many desire. I am tired of seeing satellite and cable packages for 10 channels I want and 90 I will never click on.
Hulu Plus could pave the way for such a service, but it seems like most of Hulu Plus will just be on the go streamable network programming with some cable shows thrown in. That isn't very interesting to me. Hulu plus may make a lot of content available, but not much of it is relevant or worth the $10/month subscription

Do you get live sports on Hulu Plus? No. Do you get HBO and other true premium content on it? No. Do you get live premieres on it? No. Does it offer 1080p/i video? No. So how is it a substitute for real television, satellite, cable or otherwise? It's just a streaming solution for stuff that's already been aired. For the record, I don't use cable, just satellite TV and would never substitute it for this.

I will never understand why I can have a US PSN account, pay for PSN+ with a U.S. bank account, pay for Hulu Plus with a U.S. credit card, and not be able to watch it because I live in Mexico, 50 feet away from the U.S. border.
Guess Sony and Hulu don't want my money? I guess I'll just have to torrent TV Shows and Movies for free.

Totally agree with this. I'm less that half an hour away from Washington, but Hulu doesn't even know I exist!
I can't imagine it's got something to do with being "too difficult" to bring to other countries, and I'm sure it's not because the shows can't be played in other countries either.
Shame too, because I would buy this in a second if it was available to me.

Yeah, but don't companies lke Hulu do this for the money? I mean, isn't there a humongous amount of money to be made by finding a way to be able to pay for Hulu in other countries?
There's Blockbusters in Mexico who are still thriving because a lot of people prefer to rent movies than buy them in this bad economy and because digital distribution hasn't caught on yet. They seem to be ok to rent copyrighted material.... why can't Hulu?

I'd love to watch some "high-speed HD" video but my not-so-high-speed internet isn't up to it yet.

I'm not seeing the point of this, it's a dollar more than Netflix and has ads to boot for a smaller pool of movies and old shows and the new shows are still time lagged by a week from what you get for free on your tv.
I don't see who'll choose this over netflix for older stuff/movies and torrenting/just watching tv to cover the new.

After watching this video review I was expecting it to look like crap, but honesty most of the shows looked pretty good, and I didn't have any of the fullscreen/buffering problems, despite using 802.11b wifi connection. The interface is minimal, but easy to use with the controller.
That all being said, I'm still not buying this when I can just go in the other room and run the Hulu Desktop app on my mac for free.

Aw, Eli Stone - what a fantastic show. It definitely should have lasted for more than 2 seasons. Stupid people not watching quality shows and wasting time on reality non-sense shows.
Oh well.
