The Oddworld series are some of my all time favourite games, I was quite distraught when they stopped development on Fangus and closed shop. Hard to believe it's only been six years.
I'll be watching this with cautious optimism for now.

Along with Deus Ex and Beyond Good &Evil, this is the only other series that I have actually been distraught over. Now it's all coming together... The Holy Trinity! A sign of the second coming for Gaming?
Oddworld:Stranger's Wrath was one of my favorite games from last gen. HD remake please? I will pay $30!

They said they were going to focus on making movies. They decided to get back into games with the announcement that Munch's Oddesy and the other Xbox only one would be ported to PC through steam then they'd be making new games.

So they're working on mutliple projects, which mean anything really. We could have retros, hell they even might bring the Oddbox to everyone like a retro thing... would be sweet.

Never played any Oddworld games - I feel (and know) like I'm missing out. Time to head over to the good ol' GOG and purchase some.

I am ecstatic. Oddworld is one of my favorite series, and was the first T-rated game I ever played back in elementary school. I hop that I can once again play as Abe.
