@Acosta02 I've seen him around that Siliconera site. Not surprisingly, since he is a huge poster there, I think he wants to be some anime character. His avatar there is some man/lion hybrid child. So I guess that's why he always says "rar" like a special needs child.

It's really freaking annoying and I can't quite put my finger on why.

@Acosta02 I kinda have to agree. There's just something about it. Here's his most recent comment on Siliconera about the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (Thor/Amaterasu) story. It made me feel better about myself...

rar, hooray for Ammy >ww>!

@Acosta02
I rather like aughscreennames's explanation, but sadly, here I am with the boring real explanation: in Japanese Internet-speak, a 'w' (written as the English alphabet letter) is short for "warau," which is "to laugh." It's their version of our "LOL." So if you ever see "wwwwww" in Japanese Internet postings, it's the same as "lololololololol." I was once speaking with a Japanese PS3 user in romanized Japanese through the PS3 text chat system, trying to help him with his English, and he wrote a 'w.' I asked him what that meant, and he explained.

Of course, if you're actually writing *in English on an English website*, there is no reason to use 'w' except to collect others' negative emotions.

@Code Supreme commenter rar, what you wanna steal my very own hand drawn avatar too? That's no fun, lol! rar, although fake Code once again your commenting on something I'd never comment on, Mass Effect isn't my thing personally, come on if your going to imitate me do it right, lol~! I have no qualms with you though, it's been funny and made for a great adventure this afternoon figuring this all out, lol!

Sound files of this DLC are already included in the PC version of the game early on.

That makes sense because I would imagine all the voice acting for the main game and the DLC was done at the same time.

Didn't do it with the first one, and they're supposed to have a quick turn around for ME3 so honestly I doubt it.

The classics version of ME1 had a bonus disk with the 2 DLC on it I think. Pretty sure I seen a 2 disk version of the game anyway.

Hopefully this is a huge DLC(1200 or 1600 MSP).

I hve been waiting on the Liara content for a while, but I had thought we would be getting her run in with Legion during the handling of Sheps body. Basically a Liara stand-alone adventure like the recent Bard one for DAO.

Ah well, regardless of size of DLC, nor what it covers, I am always happy to get new content from BW.

As for Supreme Commentor....KOTOR 3 thru however many will be covered in the MMO The Old Republic which is supposed to launch next yr along with ME3, and DA2.

Wha? I have not read any of the supporting fiction, so this is how it has played out for me in the game.

Shepard: Liara, hey sweets! Remember how we were lovers two years ago, but then I got incinerated during that ship attack while we were together? Well, it's me, baby! I'm back!

Liara: Oh, that's nice. Good to see you. Hunting Shadow Broker.

Shepard: Maybe you didn't hear me, blueberry. They put me back together, and ALL MY PARTS ARE WORKING, if you know what I'm saying?

Liara: Hunting Shadow Broker. Very important work.

Shepard: Yeah, will you can drop that sugar. I got something more important, called "saving the motherf*cking universe." So hop aboard the Shepard Shuttle!

Liara: Too busy to save the universe. Hunting Shadow Broker.

Shepard: Fine, whatever. Miranda's got the hots for me, and she's not 250 years old.

[Start of DLC]

Shepard: Yo, honey, I did it, saved the universe, and got all the achievements.

Liara: Yes, well, I never got around to doing that Shadow Broker business. Why don't you take care of it for me?

Sounds like a real relationship copa.

On the other hand, since there was no lesbian subplot in ME2, I never sexed anyone up. Maybe my forced loyalty will have benefits in this DLC?

One can hope.

Um, Chris...If you've read the Dark Horse Comic series, Mass Effect: Redemption you would know the Shadow Broker did not "aide" Liara in recovering Shepherd's body, but rather worked with the Collectors. Liara's vendetta with the Shadow Broker stems from this conflict where her companion (a drell named Feron) double-crosses the Broker and ends up captured.

Ahem!

(end nerd rant)

I love that picture with Garrus, Liara, Shepard and Tali. Too bad Wrex and the Noveria survivor aren't in the mission, it would've been nice to see the old team back together.
