This is honestly one of my favorite games - I can`t recommend it more highly.
The pace is great, the humor/seriousness balance is perfect, and I really liked the characters. I hope that all of this is preserved well in the localization... I can`t say that the bits of translation (in videos and the like) I`ve seen have really impressed me though.
It will be unfortunate the localization hurts the game... Which would be fairly easy because of the humorous character designs and art.

localization didn't hurt the Phoenix Wright games. So unless something major botch worthy happens, the game will be just fine in the west :)
And to be fair, if they showed a major amount of the game, that would spoil what looks to be something special. So far they showed enough to get me interested :D
