@megapixel

Those have got to be the worst starter pokemon EVER.
Why are all pokemon so soft looking lately, smooth and rounded, its the edgy looking ones that are the best.

Like Scyther or Bulbasaur and Charmeleon/Charizard kinda thing.

Congratulations for taking something completely out of context.

Do you want a prize?

@ Sly C. It is hard to tell. I have translated the text on the official site and it says in one place that it is "in game software" which means its probably WFC but its to early to tell. But serebii is a very reliable source.

Sharp grass, dude. What? You've never cut yourself on blade grass?

I'm not sure what was the point of your "blah, blah, blah"s. You lack of punctuation makes it seem like you "blah, blah, blah" him and then agree with him.

Wheres Celebi? I figured the silver and gold rerelease would have a celebi pop up at the ol TrU...personally I'm sick of these limited releases, why hasn't nintendo figured out that their poke spinoffs sell better when theres a rare one for the main games? Pokemon Ranch with Mew? Ranger with Manaphy? I will shamefully say I got them, but dangit my pokedex look nice and full! And wasn't as awkward to get them than stand around TrU with a ds and just leave...

No worries. Nintendo will come up with more special "anti-pokemon" with negative numbers. They always have another trick up their sleeves.

@symph And after that, they'll start doing irrational and imaginary numbered pokeymons.

Yep, should be #494 in the National Dex.

And yeah, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Charmander were all round and soft too... Hell, the only one that really changed that when it evolved was Charmander.

they should actually do that. nintendo should only let certain countries have exclusive pokemon and to obtain it, you have to trade online or actually go to the country and download it off a kiosk or something. that would make pokemon training more fun.

bla bla bla he has a good point, they started out soft but turned big and bad looking. Even Bulbasaur lost his cuteness, Charmander became a bad ass and Squirtle turned into a turtle with a effin dual water cannons on his back...

the new pokemon look adorable and cute, the evolve into even more adorable and cute, and then have adorable and cute pokemon. The bad ass looking ones are now Legendary with the exemption of this one and Celebi

@PR0F3TA There have only been 2 evolutions shown, and only one of them is kind of cute. And that dreamsmoke pig is borderline creepy.

The "phantom" is actually referring to the group of legendary it belongs to which is better known to most fans as the "cute", but powerful legendary of the games just like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, etc.

If you visit this post, http://pokemonblackandwhite.net/2010/07/24/new-legendary-pokemon-revealed/ you can see how Victini fits in with the other cute legendaries.
