The film, created by the same team behind the Oscar-winning Logorama, is set to debut in 2011, presumably sometime close to the launch of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier short film teaser uncloaked

Ubisoft has released a short teaser for the upcoming live-action short film based on Ghost Recon: Future Soldier (not to be confused with the live-action trailer for the game that released earlier this year). Entitled Ghost Recon: Alpha, it appears the short will focus primarily on soldiers murdering people in precise, futuristic ways.
The film, created by the same team behind the Oscar-winning Logorama, is set to debut in 2011, presumably sometime close to the launch of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.

I NEED HELP!!!
When I installed a new hdd in my ps3 (old one took a dump) it asks for "storage media with update 3.41 or later." No problem I say to myself, as I download the update on my pc and put it on my usb stick, (folders are PS3/UPDATE) then plug it into the ps3 and hit start and select and wait, just to discover the ps3 says there is nothing on the usb stick with an update. I am at a loss of what to do, I have tried everything my little mind can think of, maybe the geniuses at Joystiq can help me.
PLEASE HELP ME OH WISE ONES!!!

Calm down...and ignore the fanboy bullsh!t.
If you need notes:
http://www.cnet.com.au/how-to-upgrade-your-playstation-3-hard-drive-339282375.htm
Make sure the system file that you have is the current version (3.41), double-check your update file anyway AND make sure its the correct region if your overseas. Push come to shove, try putting the update file resident with the actual hard-drive xfer (PS3/{UPDATE}{exported data if any}) or move the update file etc. to a different usb source and have it auto-detect. If *THAT* doesn't work try a different memory storage entirely (because some of them have that garbage frontend stuff flashed in and sometimes causes conflicts).
But as the others said...on topic stuff...try a tech forum somewhere if this doesn't work...although I seldom see things here on-topic anyway....it usually degenerates to 'fapping', Michael Jackson/Captain Picard/Planet/Shepard or any-captain-of-a-vessel-that-moves-in-space references, fanboyism in 8 different directions, anti-piracy talk that is, more often than not, hypocritical, Icon worship regarding apples, and the occasional troll.

yeah, I have done all that you have said, the only thing is the HDD is blank, so its just a black screen with white font, nothing more. I have tried several things including calling Sony, They say I have to wait for their page to update and show the 3.41 for download then i will be ook, even though I have the update file. hmmm, something is fishy.
anyway, thanks for all the help.

This might be obvious, but are you opening up the properties to explore the USB drive, selecting "Display All", and copying it over that way? I transfer a lot of recoded video to my PS3, but it won't natively see the files without some "right click" fiddling.

I know this may sound dumb, but it's often the simply thing. press triangle and then display all?
