Square Enix delivers Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep special edition to Europe

Anyone else ever notice that Square tends to screw over US fans the most when it comes to special editions?

Well dang darn, can I expect a North American release of this SE? Looks nice it would be worth it for a Kingdom Hearts fan.

Man. I'm getting an ultra boner just looking at it.

I'm really starting to think that Tetsuya Nomura hates America. Anyone remember how he was going to make a special announcement for a game just for the North American fans? Re:Coded! Great another half-assed game. To add further insult to injury, the websites and trailers and release dates for it are only for Japan. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, because I could be.

This better be out on the PSN or else!

I really don't understand these decisions of Square Enix US. As a fan, who got FFXIII day one and who was very disappointed in not getting the collector's edition (not paying an extra whopping 50 bucks to import it), I'd also have shelled out for this special edition. Now I'll wait for the regular version to go to the discount bin before getting it. The only way to show my discontent has to be with my wallet...

Does Square Enix know what creativity and innovation are? Rinse, lather, repeat. Do they make any mature games?

I love the Main series of Kingdom Hearts, and Kingdom Hearts 3 is easily the game I'm the most impatient about. I loved the "forms" from Kingdom Hearts 2. So much in fact that they inspired how my "magic" works for my game (www.corsia.webs.com if you're interested) And did they ever continue on that trailer at the end of KH2?

*sigh* What's with Europe gettin' spiffy specials from Squex?

What you all seem to be forgetting is that the UK is generally screwed over when it comes to game releases (and until recently that included by Square).

There have been occasions where we've had to wait up to and over a year for the same game that you have been able to play all that time. Yes if it's on PS3 we can import but there are restrictions for importing Sony products into Europe thanks to Sony attempting to block the import of countless PS3s when our console launch date got pushed back.

I think sweetening the deal for us is like an apology for making us wait so long in the first place.

Nintendo on the other hand still hate us, we rarely get new content and even now in 2010 we have to wait at least half a year for their games.
