I got that blue Madden PSP that was released a year or two back. Out of all the PSP iterations, that was is my favorite. That and my favorite color is blue. Also, it was one of the last of old 2000 model series.

Well damn, that's actually an excellent deal. I thought the PSP was $180, though, but I have owned the same one for like two years, so knowing the price is not exactly a priority for me.

I do wonder if the PSP Madden links well with the PS3 version (franchise mode, created play import, or whatever). If so, this could be a good purchase for someone that was thinking about getting a the handheld and happens to be getting the PS3 version anyway - you get the system and added options to play with.

Thirdly, why aren't they doing this for the PSPgo? It would be even less expensive to throw in a voucher code and print some stickers to put on the box than to make a whole new box and put a UMD copy of the game in the 3000 bundle.

hahaha up here in Canada we can buy PSP bundles for $110 and PSP go's for $120. Normally it would be us getting screwed, but it seems we got lucky this once!

Yes Rogers had/has? that sale, but it's *very* YMMV so not worth crowing about, it's not like everyone in Canada can go into any Rogers & find a PSP.

Wait a minute, PSP = $170 USD.

PSP Madden bundle = $170 USD.

It's so funny how Sony keeps releasing bundles for PSP slim. It's like they realized PSPgo at $250 USD was a stupid decision (sells horribly in Japan as well). I still think that an improvement on the user interface and functionality of PSP software would benefit them if marketed properly.
