Well it still wouldn't hurt. Don't buy the game until later and maybe it does go on sale. And if it doesn't, well you'd end up paying the same price anyway.

I waited a yer and a bit for borderlands to go down.. again.. I missed the initial $39.99 sale.
Anyways, a week after I bought it.. the game went down $30 - here it was 69.99, week later it went to 49.99.
Boy was I pissed, then a month later.. I learn a GOTY edition might be coming out. Yeah, why wait hoping for a sale when you will just get burned anyways?

So excited about mafia 2. I love "era-style" games/movies. I really hope the story matches the atmosphere. This and L.A. Noire are on the top of my list, though I don't know the gameplay mechanics of that one. I hope it's as slick as mafia 2 is turning out to be. :)
