Chaos Rings encircles iPad; Square Enix iPhone apps go on sale

Square Enix's pretty iPhone RPG gets prettier today, with the release of Chaos Rings for iPad. Sure, you could already play the original version on iPad (and still can) but the $15.99 iPad-native version has enhanced graphics for the bigger screen.

Even if you don't want to take a pair of fighters through fight after fight in the Ark Battle Arena, this release might be good news for you: to celebrate, Square Enix has discounted all its other iPhone titles -- most notably Sliding Heroes, which has been marked down to free. Actually it makes sense as it is,
"sure you could play the original version (iphone) on the iPad"
It's not saying the original version was only for the ipad, just saying it is playable but the i-pad native version is better.

Chaos rings was better than Final Fantasy XIII.

To be fair, Quest 64 was better than Final Fantasy XIII.

Chaos Rings was one of the best JRPGs I've played in the past few years. Definitely agree, much better than Final Fantasy XIII.

This game is great, since they have got it on iPad, I'd like to see them add retina display support, but people will buy it anyway, so they probably won't.
