Techland's insane ATV game Nail'd might defy reality in many ways, chaining together ridiculous stunts that nobody should ever do, on courses that rely on incredible, unlikely circumstances -- but even something with as little regard for the real world as this must adhere to linear time. To that end, publisher Deep Silver has announced a release date for the game: October 19 in North America, and October 22 in Europe.
Past the break, you'll find a new trailer, absolutely loaded with both guitar rock and slow-motion absurdity.
Rainbow Studios use to be such a talented developer. Ever since THQ came into the picture their work has suffered. They need to get back to making Motocross Madness and ATV Off Road Fury level games. The strategy of mixing the two genres at a casual level and throwing in omnicross (MXvsATV series) just hasn't worked. The games could be so much better if they stopped with the gimmicks.
Nevermind, I should have watched the video first. I found it pretty hilarious that the screen goes black for you to hear a superbike and then an enduro bike comes on screen.
nail'd is truly a hellish ride. No other racing game has ever featured such differences in altitude! Only those who master daring jumps into unknown depths at ultimate top speeds stand a chance to win the challenging action races in nail'd. Steep slopes, suddenly appearing obstacles and surprising turns in the track demand sharp reflexes, requiring players to give their all. Through its insane bursts of speed, "nail'd" will catapult you from one adrenalin boost to the next.
