Tomorrow, PlayStation Home enthusiasts will be able to pick up some Empire Strikes Back gear for their virtual pad. Pictured above are the upcoming items, available as part of the 30th celebration of Episode V in the Star Wars saga. The odds of successfully navigating an asteroid field may be 3,720 to 1, but the odds your pad will look totally badass with a carbonite Han Solo hanging on the wall? Definite.
Coincidentally, LucasArts will also release two PlayStation Home bundles tomorrow. The "Everything Empire Strikes Back Bundle" includes everything related to the movie released in PlayStation Home so far for $24.99 -- a total of 51 items. Then there's the "All Furniture Items Bundle," a specific collection of ten specific Empire Strikes Back items for $9.99.
Oh, and if you find yourself in PlayStation Home today, stop on by the LucasArts shop for a free "Yoda Ears" cap. Today's the last day you can snag one!

I still can't bring myself to use Home. I just don't see the appeal of it even after using it. I mean, to each their own but still... I feel that an internet gaming community website is much better at connecting players, but that's just me. But when it comes to actually buying things for Home... I guess it's like buying something for Second Life or something (assuming that you can)

AMEN. I wouldn't mind some of this stuff.
Then again, it's hard to pay Lucasarts for their content, knowing most of it is ripped off from others and how aggressively they use lawsuits.
Just about the only thing I buy from them are their occasionally great video games, to be honest.

A little late... But this still looks fantastic. Empire Strikes Back was probably the best episode. Who's with me?

Return of the Jedi is much more like the prequels than the good two movies. I'd watch it just to resolve the story arch, but it's just not that great in comparison to the first, which was brilliant, or the second, which was pretty good creatively and superior to the rest thematically.

Don't feel like a freak, or at least any freakier than I am, because I thought the same thing. I mean, that Wampa Rug would really tie the room together!

@Juice It's only freaky if you want Han frozen in Carbonite.

well you're in luck, as they have a real one (though it isn't perfect IMHO):

This was such a huge flop at Celebration V in Orlando that the PS3 they had running the home Demo was re-purposed as a third Force Unleashed 2 demo station after the first day.
TFU2 had about an hour long line going most of the days even after they switched the "Home" system over to it.
