I'd prefer an iTunes release, but I think it's great that more game companies are starting to release games' soundtracks for sales. It's honestly some of the best music I've ever listened to.

So being able to buy the music that's in the game is a good thing, when in PC games you can just get the music straight out of the music/sound folder?

It is on iTunes. It's actually been on iTunes for quite some time.

Sweet, thanks. Might pick this up now.

Moreyouknow, I'm a console gamer, so I don't have that luxury. Plus, I figure a few extra bucks for some really stellar tracks is fair.

That "luxury"? Luxury implies expensive. The same game for PCs cost $50, for consoles $60. And for PC you have the song on your computer, and for console you must buy the songs. So which one is really the "luxury" item?

It's available on Amazon MP3 for $5 instead of the iTunes standard $9.99.

I spent $150 on my console. I'd be lucky to get a decent graphics card for that, and it would last me, what, 8 months?

Oh. I should've gotten this for the PC then. Wait...

I actually hardly listened to the soundtrack at all. This is one of the only ps3 games with a custom soundtrack. If I'm riding around as some manly cowboy, I want to listen to the manliest music there is: Tom Waits.
Mr. Siegal fit in nicely when I went drinking in the saloons.
I only wish I could've "spent all my money at a Mexican [road]house."

I would prefer Red Dead Revolver's soundtrack over Redemption's any day.

Awesome to see more game soundtracks released on vinyl. I hope more studios start doing this.

Spoiler Below if you haven't played it:

I think that when you finally cross the Rio Grande and are riding your horse to your south of the border safe house is probably the best musical moment in gaming history. I've never had a game make me feel awesome until I was riding to Far Away. SO BAD ASS!

If the music industry is any indication:
-No one will buy the CDs.
-Hipsters will purchase the vinyl
-Everyone will look for an MP3 rip.
