Love Duke Nukem, but we've been burned for far too long to get excited over this.

What a coincidence but to be honest I won't believe it until I have a copy in my hand.

@thisredengine Says you. Everytime something like this is posted I get excited all over again. Will be bought day one, hopefully next year. Regardless of the quality of the game (though I actually think it will be great, People Can Fly should have developed it though, Painkiller/Bulletstorm looks right up Duke's alley).

Preferably with a making of DVD. This is probably the only game that I'd be extremely interested in seeing a behind the scenes video for, so much development mess.

I can't wait for this game to be released so people can forget about it. It's the year 2010, Duke Nukem hasn't been relavant for 20 years.

Holy shit you can't count.

Duke Nukem 3D was released in 1996. The last Duke Nukem game was Manhattan Project in 2002.

Hardly 20 years.

Broussard also just tweeted that he "always liked this scene from Jurassic Park" -- the water rippling in the cups before the T-Rex appears. Metaphor for something BIG about to arrive?...

Lost my cherry with this game. Having stopped playing games since. Can't tell you how many times I've played 3D. Let's see PC, N64, XBL, & iPhone. Been chasing that first time for way to long. Could 4ever possible meet expectations?

@Mezstizo I certainly hope so. Ass long as alot of the things that make it fun are their.

Like the unnecessary stuff. Shrinking thinks and being able to stop on them. Interacting with almost anything in the environment and hearing Duke's witty remarks. (Toilets, Mirror's, Strippers, etc...)

Awesome Blood and Gore! XD We can only hope ;)

@Drake Lake

If they took over the version that wasn't completed, it won't be.

This game was started long, long, long, long before "Do a console game, then crappily port it to pc" became popular.

I hope he is. He'll keep the PC version at least as focused as the console ones and also might allow for the possibility of LameDuke. As long as he's not managing, it's cool.

I think it's touching that they've given Mickey Rourke sufficient time to complete his plastic surgery so he can play Duke in the upcoming movie.

I really can't see how this can be good. It was declared dead what like earlier this year after having been done and re-done so many times. It's got personality going for it tho, so maybe they can pull it out...?

And as the darkest hour approached for Duke Nukem, Courage Wolf reached to him and said "If life is getting tough, That just means god is afraid of your progress." With that motivation Duke rise from the ashes to kick ass and chew bubblegum, but sadly he was all out of gum.
