I wonder if they count PS1 classics and PSN games in that total, I would assume so. I might only own 6 or 7 physical games right now, but add in the digital games and I'm somewhere over 20.

At last count I just surpassed 60 retail PS3 games. I have only one game i'm ashamed to own, that game being Timeshift. It's my personal worst game ever.

@NathanDTS

Azurik: Rise of Peratha (spell? too lazy) makes Timeshift look like a shining gem.

A game where even the lowest lvl bug takes about 50 hits from your staff thingie to kill. But wait, every 3 hits it falls to the ground and becomes immune to damage for about 5 seconds.

Most boring game ever easy.

It doesnt specific PS3 only games though. So technically if you have 5 PS3 games and about 56 Dreamcast games, you are in the 30% with "more than 20 games"

Across all platforms I probably own over 100 games.

I'm sure they specified it at the survey cause they don't wanna be counting all those emulated roms from SNES

My GF only plays Rockband and some MvC2 (tough that's a big step for her since she said she hated videogames after i met her) anyway, she was the one who gave me my PS3

I actually agree with you on something for once.

My and my gf spend all weekend playing naked bouts of Monday Night Combat. She even has "gaming rage" where she starts cursing if she does bad.

And trust me, few things are funnier than watching a tiny 5 foot tall filipino girl getting pissed off and cursing at a sniper.

My Boyf is a pretty big PS fan and we always play games together such as Rockband, Little Big Planet and Ultimate Allance. Although I am an Xbox user and he's not keen of half of the games, I guess I need to work on that. Gaming is good for relationships I find, as it ignites banter and general good fun but it depends if either of you like gaming heh.

In terms of snacks, I would definitely be in the 'nothing, need to concentrate' category. I've curbed my appetite for hours by simply being involved in a game.

My roommate leaves his PS3 on all the time sitting in a game, for days at a time. I wonder how many people in the 10+ category do that.

Also, most of these fun facts are just mildly depressing.

Not a surprise, especially with how many great games the PS3 has in its library.

I've probably bought close to 60'ish, myself, even though I don't own many of them now. I'm trying to cut back on 'collecting'. Once I'm done, they're out of here.

During the time I've had a PS3, I've owned probably... About 40 (or more) PS3 games (thanks to game trading and used games). Combining disc games and PSN games, I've owned probably about 60 or more.

I can do at least 10 hours, a day, done a couple of 14 hour stints recently, though I think I'm getting a bit old for those.. when I was 18, I could wake up, and reach for the power button on my PS1, say 9am, and go to 4am easily, before repeating the pattern the next day..

I have 5 PS3 retail games (4 are exclusive titles), no download titles, 4 PSone games

If we're counting everything...
6 PSP game (5 on UMD, 1 downloaded 'retail')
Xbox 360 is my main console - 88 retail, of which about 26 are exclusive, 43 XBLA - I counted -_- ...9 for Xbox1
12+ DS games, 7 Wii retail, 1 Wiiware, 3 Virtual Console.. nearly all the Pokemon GBA games(?) & Zelda Minish Cap, FFIV., 5 Game Cube Games
1 Sega Saturn Game - Panzer Dragoon Saga
1 PC game - World of Warcraft
if they're still at my mom's.. about a dozen Mega Drive & 6ish 32X game.. maybe 5 Dreamcast games (been a while since I saw them)

Drake > Heavy Rain cast > Sackboy >>> Kratos ..for me anyway, I would put Snake in there, But I've only played the very first one..

Not a gaming snacker.. I like to get stuck in to my food of Carbs & Protein

@dxgirly Nearly as bad as me.. there are some games on 360 that I will consider buying again for PS3 - Like Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect 2 & Dead Space.. A, because I love those games (though ME1 beats ME2 for a few reasons).. B, all the DLC on the disc and C, my achievementrophywhore-self demands platinums..

Really surprised that 30% of PS3 gamers surveyed have more than 20 games!

I've owned a PS3 since nearly launch day, and I still only own a single game. MGS4. I've played a bunch of stuff, but I never keep them. The biggest problem I have with PS3 games is that their online functions are rarely good. Either that, or any good multiplayer game on the PS3 is multiplatform and thus slightly better on the 360.

Do you not like the Uncharted 2 Multiplayer, it's a little underpopulated now but I love how half the skill is in outwitting your opponent rather than just aiming fastest.

Bought Dead Space in February last year, think it was February... Still only have gotten to the 2nd chapter.

Haven't unwrapped UT3 and have had it for about as long as Dead Space. Got it by accident when I ordered it for PC but got it for PS3, because the PC version was way more cheaper 43% of the PS3 price it decided to buy another PC version and sell the PS3 version, but I bothered once I got my PC version. Because the PS3 version got support for mouse and keyboard I figured I'd keep it until a bought a wireless keyboard and mouse for the server. However I didn't do that until last week, which reminds me, I maybe should try out UT3 this weekend... Yeah I'll do that, thanks joystiq :D

Of the other games I have I've played through most of them or being close at completion. I don't mean getting all the trophies, if I did I wouldn't have a life, and wouldn't be able to continue my studies.

I know this is dumb to say out loud, but I feel some of these questions had a certain answer Sony wanted people to respond to, like the snacking question. 1 out of 3 people don't snack during gaming cause they're concentrating? They might as well have said "1 out of 3 PS3 gamers are so hardcore they can't even EAT!" It sounds like most of us choose not to snack cause it makes the controller greasy. Plus when I eat, I usually use my hands. So unless you're diving head first into a bag of chips or box of pizza, I imagine some of us choose not to eat because our hands are busy.
