It's almost standard practice for every single AAA pc game to get delayed these days.

Meh, you'd be a fool to buy this on PC anyway. And I agree with Faceless Troll...

@DeeZeee Not that there's anything wrong with PC gaming, no that's not it. It's Ubisoft's DRM, ugh!

@DeeZeee I'd still want to buy it on the PC to play at higher settings, since I have a PC that can handle it. My 360 can continue to collect dust.

The 4th of October? That's quite a wait. That's not a slap in the face to European players who have pre-ordered the game, but a stapler to the nuts.

I don't own a PS3 anyway, but still. Release games, or betas worldwide on one day damn it.

Nonissue for me. Ubisoft has already made it clear that they don't want me buying their games.

It's worth the wait for 1080p resolution with the graphics settings turned up to 11.

@Assmar 1200P for me! : D

But yes, I'd rather want to play it on the PC, always with all multiplat games and why I want as many games to come to the PC as possible.

come on guys!! we need to understand ubi soft, they need more time to add all those DRM triggers, too bad this means they won´t have any time left to fix bugs or polish the game or optimize it to run faster, but hey!!! it´s not easy to add 3,000 triggers to a game so the crack groups can have fun for 3 days.....

No surprise here, both AC I and II PC were released months after the console versions (and included the DLC that came out in between the wait).

I really don't think it's a technical delay, it's the same engine as AC II right? The only possibility I can think of is that they don't want PC pirated copies to cannibalize console sales. Let's hope this delay is because they realized the crappy ACII DRM failed and they will be dropping it on this one.

@SH007 How stupid for them to delay PC versions to stop hurting sales of console versions. They will sell well regardless. Come on now!

Wow Ubisoft, just waste more time on RDM, its obvious that it will get cracked again. So why waste a year improving it.
