Look at the end of the video, the silhouettes. There is a new female silhouette between Hulk and Dr. Doom. Speculation says it is most likely She-Hulk. Ms. Marvel is the next closest, but we know it's definitely on the Marvel side.

If there was an issue with having him in the game, then his Parade Balloon could also not make an appearance, but it is there and it is clearly Spider-Man's stage. Also, the first trailer had Spider-Man's silhouette, so we know he's in, they're probably just waiting a bit. This game doesn't come out till next year and I'm sure they don't want to give away the whole cast yet.

The reason why so many people were surprised was because Tron was in the background of the stage holding a servbot. People assumed since she was a background character that maybe she would not be playable.

Frank Tieri - the Marvel writer on this - loves himself some villians and it shows.
Meanwhile, has anyone else noticed that Spider-man still hasn't shown up? All the other core Marvel movie characters are in, so I'm wondering if Spidey and his collection of characters are out. I wouldn't be shocked if there was some sort of rights issue due to Activision.

Well I don't blame him, after I found out that internet course I spent 100k on for my MD in "Villainous Medicine" wasn't even a real degree, and was made by Iron Man as a joke, I'd be one ticked off lightning rod myself...

The "subspace emissary" is not only filled with every X cross Y cliche in the book, but it also manages to congeal them into a laughable mess. Yes, Brawl is a great game, but don't pretend the story made any sense. Unless you mean you want MvsC3 to have laughable, not-too-serious story.

You can't tell me that nonsensical battle where everyone got in their awesome ship and went to attack Bowser and Ganon's giant fortress of doom wasn't awesome to watch.

The English cast for Legends was GREAT (though, it did throw me off having Sailor Jupiter voice MegaMan Trigger in the sequel...). Which was odd, considering Capcom's voice acting performance at the time.
