Japanese hardware sales, Aug. 30 - Sept. 5: LAN Training edition

There are ... aspects of our life that we thought we had long since put behind us -- aspects that look like they might just resurface in the coming weeks. We're speaking, of course, of our Halo LAN party days; those long, Mountain Dew-fueled high school afternoons that would quickly turn into Mountain Dew-fueled high school evenings and then, in the blink of an eye, Mountain Dew-fueled high school following afternoons.

We could see ourselves repeating these dark ceremonies with Halo: Reach, though we fear we lack our old nubile resilience in the face of horribly unhealthy eating habits. Luckily, we've got a training strategy: For every unit the PSP lost week-to-week in the Japanese hardware sales figures posted after the jump, we will eat one Dorito.
