Playstation Plus updates come every "other" week. So PS+ would have new content next Tuesday.

Hey guys I got a question. Do you find it smart to buy a new Ps3 move bundle when it comes out for $400. My old ps3 died within 1 year and 3months, and now for the past 2 years I have been living off a refurbished 60GB ps3 that has some problems. Like when I play Bc2 my ps3 overheats within 3 minutes. But i cna play other games like resistance, uncharted, and cod for however long i want without overheating problems.

@xDeFcOn24x On one hand, you can just buy the Move bundle and save money because your system may actually last a lot longer than you think. If it does poop out, then you can just buy a $300 PS3.

On the other hand, you can buy the $400 bundle and then sell your current 60GB and recoup some loot back. I save money when I can so I would just buy Move because there's no promise that the system will crap out anytime soon.

I'm on a refurbish 60GB as well (my original got the YLOD on Feb/09), but so far mine is been pretty solid for 1.5 year. I'm also wondering about this $400 PS3/move bundle for backup, I mean, the 160GB is $300, but this $400 bundle is actually the 320GB with $100 move bundle. You get 160GB extra with this bundle for no additional cost.

Serious answer:

You have had trouble with 2 PS3s. This product has a very low failure rate, and many of the failures happen to the same people. Lightning often strikes twice for these people because of the conditions in which they use their PS3.

I'm not trying to undermine your complaints, btw.

You should figure out what's the problem. Dust? Cigarette smoke? Proximity to something warm? Poor ventilation? Shock? The odds of someone having to PS3s break is like one in 100,000, and maybe you're just the victim of awful luck, but before you buy a third PS3, I would be very careful about figuring out how to protect it.

In particular, you should see if the electrical system in your home has a problem.

I'm still a bit annoyed by last week's update, where Plus subscribers somehow missed out on the free PS1 Warhawk game...Apparently it was only for annual Qore subscribers, but I thought that being a Plus member meant you had a subscription to Qore.

I guess I'm not so annoyed by the fact that I didn't get the game, in so much as it isn't really clear why.

If this is a second post that's my bad and yes I know this has nothing to do with the article but this really needs to be addressed in the open that is, why the hell can't I play co-op or firefight with a friend on a four gig Xbox on halo reach?
I can't believe this! And what I can't believe even more so is that kotaku, ign, and even this site never mentioned this huge problem for such a huge game!!!
Btw thanks microsoft for making a game system that cant even support it's own exclusives completely.

@Barkley610 That would be nice. I already have a PS Eye but I've debated to buy the bundle and just sell my current Eye (2 yrs old). It's only $10 more than buying a controller and game alone. A discounted bundle (without the Eye) would be great though...
