These new DC Universe Online shots feature all types of POWs, BLAMs and SMACKs as the fight spills across ... the universe. Unfortunately, there's just one giant ice ball.

oh man, i seriously hope they have like a year subscription for a discounted price. $15 per month seems a lot to me =/ especially for something I know i wont play every day. im not a big mmo fan, but im a huge comic book fan so im really excited for this =]

Haha, that screenshot reminds me of one of the earlier pages in the Kingdom Come graphic novel back in the 90's, where the younger gen heroes are shown being reckless and running amok in the city before grandpa Superman comes in to straightens shit out.

Lasers! Ice balls! Ninja swords! Huge animal-like monsters! Breasts! The Joker!
Thankfully not a laser-katana-wielding animal-like Joker with ice balls for breasts!

That's pretty standard for a MMO.

For PC gamers... console gamers aren't used to it at all. Sony gamers more-so than Xbox players.
Phantasy Star had a little niche following, but not much more than that. $15 a month for one game won't go over to well w/ most console gamers.

Ouch.. $15 a month. I'll stick with Final Fantasy 14's $13 a month... Looks ok thou. Graphics are a bit out dated for its release but each your own.
