Ultima Online was the emergence of the modern MMO. I would have hoped that if he was going to do another game, he would try something other than chasing the same area that hundreds of others are already vying for.

I would love it if he'd go back to the low-res graphics of Ultima's I-IV, but I doubt that he will. It would work in the context of Facebook though. Those games are still fun.

I wondered if he's ever go back to making Ultima games.... and why not, they worked before, and it wasn't until he stopped, that everything went downhill. Why not re-release the old games while you're at it?

The man makes a very good point. No idea what tech he plans to use or if he'll achieve his AAA goal, but the standard is _generally_ pretty low when it comes to web based stuff.
