Meh, hedging towards a bit nice. By Nintendo standards it's cool ,but it's still by far the most restrictive content store around.
Even though this little crumb is pushing me closer to the buy side of the fence I wish Nintendo would try harder to keep up with the jones a bit.

As long as the ones that can't be transferred include anything with "My Notebook", "Clock" or "Calendar" this is a good thing.

This shouldn't even be news. This should be expected by now. I don't care how behind in the online and downloadable marketplace Nintendo is, transfers to the new system are a must.
