If I remember, it stands for Machine Only Designed *something* Killing...
It used to be MODOC, where the C stood for "computing"...before he ate a bad raspberry pie and turned evil...

MODOK is basically a guy who's head grew so big, he needs a exoskeleton/hoverchair to support it. He also has special power.

Why did they add MODOK. Last time I saw him he was in a brief appearance in an issue of Invincible Iron Man. Iron Man didn't even break a sweat he just tossed him into space. Lame!

And that should be the final nail in the coffin of that "leaked" list. Definitely don't remember seeing MODOK on that list.
Now that we can speculate wildly again, I'd love to see who else they come up with. And if the idea's to bring in as many villains as heroes, then we should be getting Bison any day now, right?
