Leave it to Nintendo to make a game that's so sweet it gives you cavities.

@TaintedKane Already there on both counts. By that context, Kirby's Epic Yarn will kill me with its sweetness.

But that's just a chance I'm willing to take! *Injects Insulin*

Same here. Actually there's enough games that I would like to play, just no time to play them...

This is a prime opportunity for Nintendo to bring back that sewing machine that hooked up to a game boy. You coulduse it to print out a Kirby stage that looks like the Bayeux Tapestry or something.

Sewing Machine?

Oh, that sewing machine that hooked up to a Game Boy Color to provide patterns to program in. That was completely unlicensed. The company simply made the software themselves, and dropped a Game Boy Color in the box.

Nice! Although I just skimmed as I don't want to know too much going in. I heard there is a 2player "mode" where you have a helper? Maybe a la Mario Galaxy? I bet my wife would play this with me.

Yeah, I believe the second player gets to control prince fluff, who controls exactly like kirby. Its like the co-op in Kirby's Dreamland 3, or in superstar if your partner is TAC.

@leobebes That's right, Wii owners! Take your uniquely made games that are fun for anyone and SHOVE IT! This dude's going back to his generic-ass shooters so he can shoot people that don't have the same skin color as him and feel like a MANLY MAN!

Is there an automatic removal of comments system in place now, or was it done by the moderator? Sad Joystiq used to be a place where you can make fun and light of the industry while adding a bit of commentary.

Glad to hear that this game turned out just as beautifully as I hoped it would when it was first shown and made me smile. I'm really looking forward to playing this with my wife. She is not a gamer at all but loves NSMB and I just got her a DS after her using mine all the time. Thank you, Nintendo, for making games for everyone.

I've always loved kirby and it's never been a challenging series. It's always been my go to series when I just want to relax and have some fun with my good friend kirby.

Day one purchase.

Stuff like this reminds me and reassures me as to why I'm admittedly a Nintendo fan(boy?).

I don't play games for challenge, but to feel happy. Achieving something difficult makes me feel happy, but so does so many great experiences simply themselves.

Best gaming moments for me are not necessarily challenging:

Rejuvenation of Shinshu Fields - amazing moment that had me stunned, yet it was achieved by an extremely simple task very early in the game.

Riding Epona across Hyrule - simply amazing

Mario travelling through space in Super Mario Galaxy

Some of the massive jumps in Burnout Paradise

And those are only the more recent ones that come to mind right this minute.
