@ArchiGamer - Hell, I'd get Shigeru Miyamoto to sign my breasts if I had the chance.

I don't have breasts.

I would get breasts for Shigeru Miyamoto.

Nothing beats Gary Coleman auctioning off his N64, though

Article says "Different Strokes"

I could have sworn the show was "Diff'rent Strokes"

Sorry, correction: it was his GameCube. http://www.thewiieffect.com/2007/11/09/gary-coleman-selling-his-gamecube/

Anyway, it's quite sad and I shouldn't make fun

@willooi

Its just sad that someone would want a Gary Coleman Gamecube. That is what is quite sad. Not that he's dead.

@willooi

I can never feel bad for Gary Coleman after seeing his failed attempts at being a comedian on those crappy shows on VH1 and E.

None of the people listed are even IN the industry let alone 'superstars' of it

@bhlaab

And that is where reading comes into play. I thought the same thing and then went back up and they write "general nerd industry" which does include these folks.

I'll wait for another auction by them. Maybe with a functioning NES and a mint box. They can sign the box, but mits of my console jerks.

I would instantly trade all those signatures for this single one:

"S. Miyamoto"

If this was signed by some nintendo heavyweights I would be much more interested. As it is there, I don't know why I would be investing in it.

doesn't look worth buying even to help some people. bunch of nobodies honestly. "superstars" is a bit misleading with people like penny arcade on there...I thought it meant REAL superstars like miyamoto, kojima, the guy that made atari, ect ect ...people actually influential to making VIDEO GAMES..not bad comics about video games and a crappy xbl game
